Cara Daftar Akun

1. Buka /register
2. Isi: nama, email, password, phone
3. Submit → otomatis login ke /portal/dashboard
4. Lengkapi profil di /portal/profile

Book Appointment Online

Tanpa harus login (guest booking juga bisa):

1. Buka /book
2. Step 1: Pilih Klinik — kalau ada multi-cabang
3. Step 2: Pilih Layanan — kategori → spesifik treatment
4. Step 3: Pilih Dokter & Tanggal — slot tersedia auto-display
5. Step 4: Pilih Slot Waktu — slot 30 menitan
6. Step 5: Konfirmasi — isi nama, phone, email, keluhan, triage level
7. Klik Confirm Booking → dapat nomor booking APT-YYYYMMDD-XXXX
8. Reminder otomatis ke WhatsApp H-7, H-2, H-1

URL: /portal/* (butuh login)

Dashboard

• Upcoming appointments
• Recall reminders
• Riwayat treatment terakhir
• Outstanding invoices

My Appointments

• List semua appointment (filter by status)
• Cancel sendiri (untuk status scheduled / confirmed)
• Book ulang

Medical Record

• Odontogram — lihat history per visit
• Treatment Plans — yang sudah disetujui dokter
• Prescriptions — semua resep
• Radiographs — foto X-ray

Invoices & Payments

• Semua tagihan (paid + outstanding)
• Total summary: total billed, paid, outstanding
• Filter by status

Profile

• Update data pribadi (nama, phone, email, NIK, alamat)
• Emergency contact
• Blood type, gender, birthdate
• Edit kapan saja

FAQ Pasien

Lupa Password

Klik "Forgot Password" di /login → masukkan email → cek inbox.

Tidak Bisa Login

• Pastikan email & password benar
• Account belum di-verify? Cek email untuk link verifikasi
• Hubungi front office klinik

Mau Cancel Appointment

1. Login → /portal/appointments
2. Cari appointment → klik "Cancel"
3. Konfirmasi → status berubah ke cancelled
4. Atau hubungi WA front office max H-1

Bayar Invoice Online

Saat ini payment online belum aktif. Bayar di klinik via cash, debit/kredit, QRIS, atau transfer (info di invoice PDF).

Akses Rekam Medis di Klinik Lain

Login pakai email yang sama → semua history (multi-cabang) terlihat di portal.
